Abstract

The threat of extremism and terrorism is the most urgent problem of regional and international security. In Uzbekistan, there is a constant and continuous struggle in this direction, the legal foundations of which are discussed in this article. The authors also emphasize the need to strengthen spiritual and educational mechanisms, strengthen the culture of tolerance and vigilance of civil society in solving this global problem.
