Abstract

The article analyzes the socio-psychological characteristics of the levels and stages of management decision-making in the activities of the leader. Knowing the psychological aspect of the decision-making process allows for more effective implementation of existing steps. The point is, in order to make the right decision and implement it effectively, a leader must follow certain psychological steps. The essence of this event is that as the leader gathers information about the problem situation, he begins to create a basic idea of the problem - an information model. The completeness and comprehensiveness of the information obtained depends on the accuracy of the model and the current situation.
