EDUCATING YOUNG PEOPLE AS QUALIFIED PERSONNEL

Abstract

This article reflects the research carried out on the development of methods and forms of educating young people as qualified personnel and moral education. In the historical sources, the analysis of many works written in the educational and moral direction of the field of education, it is mentioned that their content should be inculcated in young people. At the same time, directions for educating young people to love the Motherland, to teach them to appreciate work, to develop cultural relations with their peers, and to determine their personal perspective have been determined.
