Use Of Human Resources In Managing The Activities Of Joint-Stock Commercial Banks
Abstract
In modern economic conditions, the role of human resources has increased many times over, not
only as a bearer of certain knowledge and competencies, but also as an important factor in the
competitiveness of an organization. In this regard, it is relevant to form a new approach to human
resource management that meets the requirements of the organization's development. Therefore, the
answer to the question: “what to manage: human resources or personnel” determines the organization’s
HR management strategy. The article illustrates the high demand in human resources to manage the
activities of joint-stock commercial banks.
