Abstract

Questionnaire request-a complex process. While it seems to be just a simple survey conducted through a questionnaire, actually conducting a questionnaire survey requires a serious approach. Preparation of questionnaires, obtaining the consent of respondents to participate in the questionnaire survey, establishing psychological contact with them, preparing the place where the questionnaire survey will take place, distributing and collecting questionnaires, indicates the complexity of organizing the questionnaire survey.
