This article is meant for pedagogical higher education students and faculty members enrolled in the Higher Educational Institution’s bachelor’s program in education. The article describes the pedagogical circumstances and quality indicators of employing innovative organizational and didactic forms of education in the systematic improvement of didactic approaches to education based on information, didactic support, and Foresight technologies. Based on a novel approach, the philosophy and practice of pedagogic techniques in the foresight education of learners using technologies are improved.
