Introduction to the research and its importance: Spiritual education and socialization in light of positive social values are not limited only to the 6 official institutions of society, but rather are the responsibility of all members of society, especially those who have taken upon themselves the task of strengthening values and the spirit of citizenship in the souls of young people, to make them good and active in society. They began to organize themselves into associations and organizations based on foundations and principles, and in fulfillment of the covenants they made and the laws they approved, they carry out actions that aim, in their entirety, to instill citizenship. Among them is the Scouts, which is the organization that is active in all times and places and seeks reform and construction, and strengthening the characteristics of the active citizen in Society, and do not expect reward or thanks for that. The Scout Movement provides its educational, social and scientific activities and programs in a manner consistent with the characteristics of each age stage of Scout members, which helps build a balanced personality for the Scout and enables him to improve himself and serve his community. To achieve this, it is necessary to develop the spirit of good citizenship and belonging in the hearts of young people and stimulate the spirit of fair competition that works to develop skills and creativity and help exchange expertise and experiences among scouts. The research problem centered on seeking to determine the values of citizenship acquired among students through participation in scouting programs and activities. The objectives of the research were: to identify the role of scouting in consolidating the values of citizenship from the point of view of the students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Al Ain University, to identify the differences in the role of scouting in consolidating the values of citizenship from the point of view of the students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Al Ain University, according to gender variables. Number of years of experience, scouting qualification) As for the research hypotheses: The first question: Are there statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the averages of performance on the role of scouting in consolidating the values of citizenship from the point of view of students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Al Ain University?
