Abstract

In this article, the issues of the development of higher education until 2030, which is a part of the ongoing administrative reforms in our country, the scientific works of national and foreign scientists and the analysis of statistical data, the essence of the administrative reforms, the specific features of the implementation of management are analyzed. Along with the study of the national legislation, the development of higher education organizations and the issues that should be done in order to achieve the goals and tasks set by the state in this field were highlighted. Also, cases of improving the organizational and management of higher education in the conditions of the age of information and digitization, regulation and coordination of interaction between state bodies and higher education organizations were analyzed. The issue of management organization based on foreign experience was raised, commonalities, similarities and peculiarities were studied using comparative methods, relevant conclusions were drawn, and suggestions were made about the directions of scientific research work to be carried out in the future. Also, by analyzing some aspects of internal and external management of higher education organizations, focusing on public-private partnership relations, positive cases of creating educational hubs are revealed.
