Abstract

This article investigates the enhancement of financing mechanisms for investment activities in Uzbek joint stock companies amidst the challenges and opportunities of globalization. It emphasizes the adoption of innovative financing options such as green bonds, crowdfunding, and Islamic finance, alongside strategic enhancements in financial management and investor relations. The paper offers a detailed discussion on the necessity of integrating modern financial technologies, optimizing capital structures, and fostering transparency to improve investment funding.
