Abstract

the article focuses on the composition of human capital and ensuring the continuous socio-economic development of the country, the role of human capital in ensuring its competitiveness at the global level, increasing one’s knowledge and skills through the use of new educational technologies, online courses, web lessons, interactive and innovative teaching methods. The authors expressed their opinion about the need to pay attention to them.
