Abstract

In this article, taking into account the specific aspects of corporate reorganization and based on the above factors, the forms of reorganization of corporate law subjects and their activity are analyzed. Also, in the article the author with a scientific analysis reveals the concept of reorganization of corporate law subjects, its specific features.
