Abstract

The contribution of trasological expertise in the strengthening of legislation is incomparable. This type of expertise is one of the most common types in the practical activities of the expert-criminology service.In accordance with the "Strategy of actions on the five priority directions of the development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021", to clarify the procedure for requesting and receiving written opinions of experts, information and advice of experts on issues necessary for providing legal assistance by a lawyer in pre-trial and court proceedings [1 ], to prevent the use of testimony, expert opinion, material evidence, and other materials as evidence obtained in violation of the norms of procedural legislation; improvement of forensic examination activities based on international standards (introduction of ISO/IEC 17025 standard); development of an interdepartmental electronic system for monitoring the duration and quality of forensic examination; strengthening the material and technical base of forensic centers; introduction of new types of forensic expertise [2], simplification of procedural actions, including collection of evidence in electronic form, conducting expertise; introduction of clear criteria and procedures for conducting expertise and inspection before the trial and at the trial stage; Systematic measures are being taken to clarify the procedural status of the expert before the court and at the court stage, as well as to give the expert's opinion a procedural status. It is known that people use clothes in their daily life and activities. As the boundary layer between the human body and the external environment, clothing is the first to interact with any object in the environment, and as a result, various traces are formed on these objects.
