Abstract

the results of improving the analysis of the clinic, pathogenesis, examination of cognitive impairment in patients with chronic heart failure and their adequate therapeutic measures have been obtained. pathogenetic mechanisms of cognitive impairment in patients with chronic heart failure, as well as correlations of cerebral hemodynamics with arterial and venous insufficiency were revealed.
