Abstract

The aim of the research is to indicate some jurisprudence and fundamentalism of verse 89 of the table. The research also shows the use of fundamentalist norms to derive meaning from jurisprudence. The most prominent fundamentalist norms dealt with in this research are: The rule of the order of the object is terminated by the rule of absolute and restrictive.
