Abstract

When developing single-wave optoelectronic non-destructive testing devices for various purposes and their metrological support, one of the most urgent tasks is to create stable two-color LEDs. The relevance of mid-infrared (IR) LEDs for solving problems in such areas as gas analysis, environmental monitoring, moisture measurement, medical diagnostics and communication systems is revealed.
