IMPROVING CORPORATE MANAGEMENT MECHANISMS BASED ON PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP

Abstract

This article presents the theoretical foundations of public-private partnership and the definitions given by economists. In addition, a discussion of opinions on the development of the industry was brought up. Also, public-private partnerships in our country are divided into several types depending on the local area. Importantly, the article examines some theoretical and methodological issues of national economy development based on public-private partnership. At the same time, information about the forms, legal bases and best practices of public-private partnerships in foreign countries is also included.
