Abstract

This article examines the role of women in public service in Uzbekistan, focusing on their increasing involvement and contributions within a context of promoting gender equality. Despite historical challenges, the article highlights the recent efforts of the Uzbek government to enhance women’s economic and social participation, including their representation in leadership positions. The article analyzes government initiatives, policy changes, and statistical data to demonstrate the positive impact of women’s involvement on the development of the nation. The study concludes by advocating for continued efforts to ensure women’s full and equal participation in public service, thereby contributing to a more inclusive and prosperous society.
