Abstract

This study explores the integration of pedagogical approaches and their application within the educational process, focusing on enhancing students' educational and cognitive competencies. The introduction highlights the imperative of aligning modern education systems with the global manufacturing space, necessitating continuous improvement in educational technologies. The knowledge gap identified is the insufficient integration of competency-based, technological, and action-oriented approaches in current educational practices. Methodologically, the study employs a multidisciplinary model incorporating interdisciplinary teams and projects to foster comprehensive professional development. Findings indicate that integrating pedagogical approaches significantly improves the quality of professional training, equipping students with necessary competencies and advanced cognitive skills. Results demonstrate that horizontal and vertical integration within academic disciplines enhance problem-solving abilities and interdisciplinary collaboration. The study's implications suggest that adopting integrated pedagogical strategies can contribute to sustainable development by producing well-rounded, competent professionals prepared for contemporary socio-economic and technological challenges. This research underscores the importance of interdisciplinary integration in higher education, advocating for innovative educational practices to meet evolving global standards.
