Interaction of executive bodies with individuals and legal entities

Abstract

This article focuses on the analysis of legal issues of relations between the executive authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan and individuals and legal entities. The article also focuses on the legal description of the public administration bodies that make up the executive board and their relations with citizens and legal entities. At the same time, it is proposed to amend the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities", which is the legal basis for individuals and legal entities to apply to these bodies. In addition, the article provides a detailed analysis of legal issues related to the concept of "e-government", as well as issues related to the implementation of "mobile reception" of heads of government agencies.
