Abstract

Integrating pedagogy into medical education is essential for developing both clinical skills and empathetic patient care. This article examines how pedagogical methods—like active and collaborative learning, simulation-based training, and reflective practices—enhance medical training, fostering critical thinking and communication skills. By adopting innovative assessments such as OSCEs and continuous feedback, educators can more effectively support student growth. Despite challenges like curriculum rigidity, pedagogy offers a pathway to cultivating well-rounded, compassionate healthcare providers.
