Abstract

This article discusses the new level of reforms in Uzbekistan, including measures implemented in the sphere of human rights and freedoms. In particular, it was said that the serious economic and political changes taking place in the world have radically changed our understanding of social development and have generated great interest in the objective laws of the formation and development of democratic processes.
