Treatment of AMSV, ASSP from Laboratory Tests in Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis

This article presents the opinions of domestic and foreign scientists on modern methods of treating AMSV and ASSP from laboratory tests in juvenile idiopathic arthritis. The treatment of Anti-Modified Citrullinated Vimentin (AMSV) and Anti-Synthetic Surrogate Peptide (ASSP) positivity in Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) depends on addressing the underlying autoimmune inflammation rather than directly targeting these antibodies. These biomarkers are used to assess disease activity, predict severity, and monitor response to therapy.
