Abstract

This article provides detailed data from the analysis of the results of examination of 27 recipients with a high degree of sensitization to the donor kidney transplant. Considering the identified changes, clinical and laboratory parameters were assessed prior to transplantation, with an emphasis on the changes in sensitization levels to thresholds permissible for surgical interventions, along with a comparison to modern literature sources.
