Abstract

Local authorities have a wide range of functions, rights and responsibilities under the law. In order to carry out these tasks and ensure public administration, of course, there is a need for the adoption of normative and legal acts by these bodies. It should be noted that the range of issues within the competence of local authorities is very wide. Today, there are many normative and legal acts defining the powers of local authorities. This article describes the concept, specific features and significance of the legal acts of local public authorities, as well as the experience of foreign countries in the normative legal acts of local public authorities.
