Abstract

This article provides information on the concept of a tutor and its importance in the educational process, scientific definitions of the word tutor, and information on the work carried out at the Shahrisabz State Pedagogical Institute. A tutor is a student's closest assistant. The work and results of tutoring activities, students' achievements and future tasks are discussed.
