Abstract

This scientific article presents data from the literature regarding the medicinal properties of the natural substance mumiyo for the organism, as well as the technology for the preparation of pharmacological drug forms in various natural formulations. It also provides scientific information on their application for the treatment and prevention of various pathological processes occurring in the bodies of animals. The natural substance mumiyo has been found to possess antioxidant, membrane-protective, and anti-inflammatory effects, and studies have shown that it can enhance the organism’s resistance to bacterial infections.
