Abstract

this article reviews the notion of cognitive process. The studying of foreign language especially in the early levels is accompanied by the close interaction of the native and foreign languages. We tried to observe some of the causes of interference occurrence. Presently in the field of applied linguistics the theory about the study of learning vocabulary is becoming as one of the crucial area of research overseas.
