Работа над жестово-мимическими способами коммуникации показала, что в процессе их усвоения необходимо внимательно фиксировать случаи интерфиренции жестово-мимических средств, используемых в системе родного языка обучаемого.

The parametres of arterial blood pressure determined in standard conditions in three groups of patients while carrying out multicomponent endotracheal inhalation anaesthesia with halogen-containing volatile anesthetics have been analysed (halothane was used in the first group, isoflurane - in the second group, sevoflurane - in the third group). The control group was made by almost healthy people. Two subgroups depending on the ASA physical status were analyzed. The analysis took into account the systolic, diastolic and pulse arterial blood pressure. The authors offered to calculate coefficients of arterial blood pressure. The conclusion has been made that the integrative indicator of arterial blood pressure objectively reflects the quality of anesthetic protection at stages of anesthesia and can be used as a criterion of adequacy of anesthesia. It does not depend on age, estimation of the ASA physical status, and concrete halogen-containing volatile anesthetics.

У пациентов с калькулезным холециститом и холедохолитиазом целесообразно выполнение гибридных операций с применением предложенной усовершенствованной одноэтапной ЛХЭ с ассистированной ЭПСТ в технике Rendezvous и холедохолитоэкстракцией. Усовершенствованная техника ЛХЭ с ассистированной ЭПСТ эффективна при среднем риске холедохолитиаза в 87,9% наблюдений, что на 18,9% выше традиционной ЭПСТ, р = 0,035, и сопровождается на 17,7% меньшей частотой ЭПСТ-ассоциированных осложнений, р = 0,017.

Evaluation of maternal-placental-fetal blood flow in mild preterm placental abruption (PNA) compared with placental tissue morphological characteristics.

Materials and methods. 82 pregnant women with mild PONRP (comparison group) and 15 healthy pregnant women (control group) were examined.

Results. Assessment of utero-placental-fetal blood flow in pregnant women with mild PONRP is characterized by a significant increase in the systolic-diastolic ratio (SDR) and resistance index (RI) in the uterine arteries. No significant differences were found between primiparous and multiparous women. Morphological characteristics of the placenta in primiparous women are characterized by more pronounced dystrophic, hemodynamic and inflammatory changes than in multiparous pregnant women with mild PONRP, which indicates a decrease in the compensatory and adaptive capacity of uteroplacental blood flow.

Summary. Doppler examination of uteroplacental-fetal blood flow is necessary for mild PONRP. It makes it possible to assess the severity of hemodynamic disorders in the myometrium, to assess the condition of the fetus, in which case it is impossible to choose the correct and timely pregnancy management tactics.

Проведен ретроспективный анализ историй болезни 183 больных с перитонитом, развившимся на фоне острого аппендицита в Бухарском и Вобкентском отделениях Республиканского научного центра экстренной медицинской помощи в 2020-2021 годах. В зависимости от времени поступления в стационар все больные были условно разделены на следующие подгруппы: 1А - подгруппа (n=130) поступили в стационар в течение 6-8 часов от начала заболевания и поступили в стационар в течение 16-20 часов от начала заболевания и перенесли аппендэктомию и дренирование брюшной полости 1Б - подгруппа (n=50), 1Б - подгруппа (n=3) поступили в стационар в течение 21-36 часов от начала заболевания и перенесли аппендэктомию, санацию брюшной полости и дренирование. Результаты анализа показали, что ранняя диагностика и ранняя аппендэктомия у пациентов повлияли на сокращение срока выздоровления после заболевания и возвращение к активной жизни.

It included conducting a pilot study and applying exercises based on scientific principles with the aid of sources and references, followed by post-tests and statistical analysis.

In the fourth chapter, we presented, analyzed, and discussed the results obtained. Finally, in the fifth chapter, we reached conclusions and recommendations, highlighting that PNF stretching exercises have a positive effect on developing some basic handball skills. The recommendations suggest utilizing PNF stretching exercises due to their significant impact on skill development.

Also, the amount of active and reactive power consumed by feed mills in this enterprise during 2022 was analyzed, and an offer was made for compensation of reactive power. This article describes ways to achieve energy savings during the operation of an asynchronous electric motor used in feed choppers. The method of using an asynchronous electric motor for the purpose of energy saving of electricity is described. An analysis of the energy saving potential in feed grinding shows that significant savings in electrical energy can be obtained by increasing the efficiency of an asynchronous electric motor. Вещественный состав руды месторождения Тебинбулак изучен химическим, спектральным, минералогическим, фазовым анализами. Выявлено, что промышленно - ценным компонентом руды является железо, которое находится, главным образом, в виде магнетит+титаномагнетита, гематита и гидрооксидов железа. попутными компонентами являются титан и ванадий. Технологическая проба относится к магматогенному магнетит+титаномагнетитному типу руд. Содержание магнетита+титаномагнетита в пробе руды составляет 7,94%; гематита 2,67%; гидрооксидов железа 0,73%. По содержанию элементов - примесей в химическом составе магнетита минерал имеет несколько разновидностей. Из всех минералов наиболее распространены в пробах магнетит и титаномагнетит. Текстура руды вкрапленная и пятнистая. Структура магнетита идиоморфно-гипидиоморфнозернистая.

Применение Гепатопротектора В Комплексном Лечении Больных Хроническим Вирусным Гепатитом C

Приведен анализ клинических проявлений, лабораторных показателей, характера и частоты побочных реакций, а также частоты положительного вирусологического ответа у 20 больных хроническим вирусным гепатитом С (HCV), получавших в течение 3 мес. комбинированную противовирусную терапию пегинтроном и рибавирином с включением гепатопротектора по 2 таблетка 3 раза в день по сравнению с контрольной группой пациентов HCV, которым была назначена аналогичная противовирусная терапия без гепатопротектора. Установлено, что после лечения в основной группе больных на 7-10 дней раньше купировались клинические проявления гепатита, нормализовался цитолитический синдром, на 20% увеличился положительный вирусологический ответ и на 10% снизилась частота тяжелых побочных реакций интерферонотерапии, требующих прерывания лечения. Сделан вывод о целесообразности включения гепатопротектора Ливомед в курс противовирусной терапии у больных HCV.

Modern studies have also taken an interest in using modern training methods and devices to develop most of the physical and skill requirements. The importance of the research lies in choosing modern tools and devices to serve positively in developing the physical requirements and performance of the skill of the front hands jump on the platform jumping device for young gymnasts.

The study aimed to prepare exercises with the Vertimax device and its effect on developing the physical requirements and performance of the forward hand jump skill on the vaulting platform for junior gymnasts. The research hypothesised that there are statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-test in some physical requirements and performance of the forward hand jump skill on the vaulting platform for junior gymnasts, in favour of the post-test. The researcher used the experimental method using the single group method to suit the nature of the research problem. The research community included the players of Maysan Training Center for Juniors, as the research sample that was chosen intentionally represented (6) players. The researcher applied the training units that lasted (8) weeks with a total of (24) training units, and each week (3) training units. After the training was completed, the data obtained from the pre- and post-tests were processed using appropriate statistical means, and then they were presented and discussed. Therefore, the researcher reached the following most important conclusions: The training exercises developed using (Verti-max) had a positive and significant impact on the performance of the forward hand jump skill and physical requirements.

As for the research methodology, the researcher adopted the experimental method with a single-group design, which is consistent with the nature of the research problem. Specialized in volleyball in Dhi Qar, numbering (8) players, as the percentage of the sample reached (100%) of the original community, and the researcher conducted a homogeneity of the sample, and one of the most important conclusions is that exercises similar to playing have a positive effect, as playing helps to enhance understanding and develop the skill of preparing volleyball.

В этой статье приведены изучения характерных траектории рассеянных ионов рассеянных ионов Ar+ с поверхностью CdSe при мало угловом падении бомбардирующих частиц с начальной энергией 1 кэВ. Рассчитана характерные траектории рассеянных ионов при малоугловом падении ионов. Показано, что анализ траектории дает возможность детально изучить процесса рассеяния ионов при малых углах скольжениях. Установлено, что изучая траектории рассеянных ионов можно изучить процессы ионной перефокусировки и блокировки поверхностных атомов. Показана, что эффект ионной перефокусировки наблюдается определенном значении угла падения при определённом значении начальной энергии. Расчёты показали, что увеличения угла падения бомбардирующих ионов увеличиваются траектории рассеянных частиц.

МРТ получила начало, как метод томографического отображения, дающий изображения ЯМР-сигнала из тонких срезов, проходящих через человеческое тело. МРТ развивалась от метода томографического к методу объёмного отображения. Метод зарекомендовал себя как исключительно информативный, и являясь относительно молодым, постоянно развивается, открывая новые возможности.

Магнитно-резонансная томография (МРТ) является методом отображения, который используется, главным образом, в медицинских установках, для получения высококачественных изображений органов человеческого тела. В основе метода лежат принципы ядерно-магнитного резонанса (ЯМР), методе спектроскопии, который используется ученными для получения сведений о химических и физических свойствах молекул. Но, не смотря на свое основание, метод распространился под названием магнитно-резонансной томографии — МРТ, а не ядерно-магнитной резонансной томографии — ЯМРТ, и причиной тому послужили негативные ассоциации со словом "ядерный", возникшие в связи с трагическими событиями в Хиросиме и Нагасаки, аварией на Чернобыльской АЭС. Термин ЯМР - томография был заменён на МРТ. В новом термине исчезло указание на «ядерность» происхождения метода, что и позволило ему вполне безболезненно влиться в повседневную медицинскую практику. Но, несмотря на это изначальное название — ЯМРТ, также имеет место, хотя и редко.

Магнитно-резонансная томография - метод исследования, основанный на получении изображения тканей и органов при помощи электромагнитных волн. К достоинствам магнитно-резонансной томографии относятся высокая контрастность мягкотканых структур, связочного аппарата, тканей головного и спинного мозга, отсутствие лучевой нагрузки. Начиная с конца 90-х годов прошлого тысячелетия, магнитно-резонансная томография прочно вошла в арсенал врачей любой специальности. В данной статье показаны основные вехи и этапы развития магнитно-резонансной томографии, становления магнитно-резонансной томографии как диагностического метода - от нечто загадочного и таинственного до рутинного метода, который используется постоянно в различных медицинских учреждениях по всему миру. Магнитно-резонансная томография постоянно развивается и совершенствуется, разрабатываются новые импульсные последовательности, МР-катушки, проводится множество различных научных исследований. Авторы данной статьи надеются, что информация, изложенная в данной работе, будет интересна как студентам, так и практикующим врачам.

Компьютерная томография (КТ) — относительно новый метод выявления кишечной непроходимости. Некоторые считают КТ информативной и безопасной для пациента, другие предпочитают классическую рентгенодиагностику и УЗИ как исследования быстрого действия, не предполагающие значительной лучевой нагрузки, а рентгенологическую и ультразвуковую КТ рекомендуют в качестве дополнительных. метод диагностики в случае неясной интерпретации данных, полученных при осмотре, или при подозрении на странгуляцию. Анализ современной литературы показывает, что компьютерная томография является высокоинформативным и быстрым методом диагностики этого вида неотложной патологии, однако статистического подтверждения ее эффективности нет. Это приводит к необходимости дальнейшего изучения роли компьютерной томографии в диагностике кишечной непроходимости и разработки алгоритма использования этого метода исследования.
