Lexical Units Expressing Completion in English and Uzbek Languages

Abstract

This article examines the lexical units representing completion in English and Uzbek and analyzes the problems and shortcomings that arise in this process. The modification of meanings resulting from the interaction of lexical meanings and forming a complex of linguistic units is the basis of the concept of non-additiveness of the meanings formed in some word combinations.
