Abstract

Motivation is an important factor in the success of adult learners in any educational setting. In this article, we discuss ways and techniques for creating and sustaining motivation in teaching adult learners. We review the literature on motivation and adult learning, and present practical strategies that educators can use to enhance motivation among their students. These strategies include setting clear goals, providing feedback, promoting autonomy, fostering a positive learning environment, and using technology to enhance learning. We conclude that by implementing these strategies, educators can create a more engaging and effective learning experience for adult learners.
