Abstract

The research defines both the Charging legal law and correlative law

 distinguishes between them and shows the curricula of scientists in the elaboration of mandatory and positive provisions and the extent of their interdependence and how they are applied to verses from the Women's Sura. The study shows the extent of the association between the five commissioning provisions and the status provisions known to fundamentalists such as the requirement, cause, inhibition, licence and determination
