Abstract

in the historical development of the peoples of Central Asia, the
arrangement of relations between women and men was calculated from central issues. It
is scientifically and philosophically assumed that through this problem solution it is
possible to ensure the social, economic and political stability of a whole society. Both in
our society and in the economic, that is, in the business sphere, as in any developed
country, market relations began to embody the phenomenon of an entrepreneurial woman
as gender equality.
The article is significant in that the content and essence of the concepts of gender
equality and the entrepreneurial woman are studied philosophically.
