Abstract

In modern conditions of social development, digitalization of various spheres of social life is becoming a natural and inevitable process in the mechanism of legal regulation. Digitalization processes actualize the role and importance of state and legal institutions of modern society, ensuring legal regulation of social life, security and stability of society. The article addresses relevant issues of unifying the legal regulation of civil-law relations in the field of entrepreneurial activities related to the provision of tourism services in the context of digital reality during the reform of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author analyzes modern trends and challenges faced by legislators in the field of tourism services due to the rapid digitalization of this industry. Key directions for improving civil legislation are considered, ensuring the unification of legal regulation of tourism activities and protecting the rights of participants in civil transactions.
