Abstract

This article examines the concept of the legal status of the prosecutor in civil proceedings within the framework of current legislation and its significance today, the foundations and forms of the prosecutor's participation in civil proceedings, and the problems related to the legal status of the prosecutor in our national legislation. Also, scientifically based and important practical proposals have been developed, as well as the legislation of developed countries has been analyzed, and relevant scientific conclusions, proposals and recommendations have been developed.
