Organizational Culture and its Role in the Development of the Relationship between Organizational Health and Organizational Symmetry

The main problem of the research is not in the presence of these variables or not, because they are located at the University of Dhi Qar, but the problem is in not understanding them as a term that exists and is circulating in most other fields and therefore ignoring their role, and in order to put them in their right place, realize, apply and employ them in the right way in a way that reflects on the loyalty of teachers and their affiliation and achieving the required change at the level of their performance and behavior. the aim of this research is to study the interactive influential role of organizational culture in crystallizing the relationship between organizational health and organizational symmetry and measuring their level. the research has been conducted on the faculties at the University of Dhi Qar, which were deliberately selected, where they were distributed (206) A questionnaire designed by the researcher and after analyzing the results, it turned out that the level of organizational culture, organizational health and organizational symmetry is high and that there is an impact of organizational culture on the level of organizational health and similarity (match ) of the individual with his organization as a result of the similarity of the values and beliefs of educational institutions with the values and beliefs The field of work, including the creative behavior of teachers, by focusing on the principle of compatibility of values and goals and strengthening organizational symmetry, which is one of the important indicators in the quality of performance by finding factors of adaptation of teaching to both internal and external environments.
