Abstract

The main research problem is the importance of studying the reality of ethical leadership for the Departments of colleges at Dhi Qar University and its impact on achieving and consolidating professional values in order to improve its position in society,raise its competitiveness, make its outputs distinguished by quality, increase the degrees of loyalty and affiliation among its employees in order to raise their performance level, the aim of this research is to find out the interactive impact of ethical leadership on the relationship between professional values and organizational brilliance among faculty members at the colleges under study and measure the levels of variables studied. the research was conducted on an intentional sample composed of members of teaching of some faculties at the University of Dhi Qar, where (235) a questionnaire designed by the researcher was distributed and after analyzing the results, it turned out that the respondents ' results were high in terms of ethical leadership, as faculty members have a high level of perception of the extent to which college administrations apply it, not to mention the relationship between professional values and organizational brilliance of faculty members, and the most important recommendations are the focus of college administrations on practicing ethical behaviors and upright practices because they have a great impact in strengthening professional values and reflecting on the requirements of organizational performance quality.
