Bronchial asthma is a prevalent chronic respiratory condition in children, characterized by airway inflammation, hyperresponsiveness, and reversible airflow obstruction. This study investigates the prevalence, risk factors, and clinical characteristics of pediatric asthma among children aged 6 to 12 years in Uzbekistan. Utilizing spirometry and skin prick tests, the research identifies a significant association between allergen sensitization, small airway dysfunction, and asthma severity. The study also highlights the impact of parental stress on pediatric asthma symptoms, emphasizing the role of psychosocial factors in disease management. Findings suggest that comprehensive treatment approaches, including pharmacological interventions and psychological support, effectively improve asthma control in children. These insights aim to inform targeted prevention and management strategies to reduce the disease burden and enhance health outcomes for affected children.
