In the context of increasing competition in the domestic and foreign textile markets, quality is becoming a key success factor. This article examines the importance of quality management as a strategic tool for the formation and strengthening of the brand of textile industry enterprises. Special attention is paid to the relationship between quality management systems, brand perception and consumer loyalty. Recommendations on the integration of quality standards into the marketing strategy of textile companies are presented.
