Abstract

Initially, the dance was in unity with the word and music, but gradually began to separate from the syncretic art, acquiring stable forms. The movements changed, were subjected to artistic generalization, as a result of which the art of dance was formed, one of the oldest manifestations of folk art. The main expressive means of dance art are harmonious movements and postures, plastic expressiveness and facial expressions, dynamics, tempo and rhythm of movement, spatial pattern, composition.
