Some Problems of the Use of Authentic Texts in a Foreign Language Lessons in the Uzbek Audience

Abstract

This article raises the question of the acceptability of some authentic texts for use in foreign language classes. The need to use such texts is not denied, but at the same time it is indicated that the teacher must familiarize himself with the content, since the text can use topics that are taboo in a particular country.
