the article discusses the issues of increasing the computer operating time
of cable equipment through the introduction of digital transformation into the procedure
for technical preparation of production. This decision is due to the fact that the existing
production preparation system at cable factories is focused on carrying out scheduled
maintenance work based only on data collected by engineering and technical personnel
from the instrumentation of cable machines and visual inspection of working mechanisms.
At the same time, the specificity of cable production lies in ensuring the operation of the
equipment, namely in observing a strict sequence of technological operations. The
proposed “CC Assistant” system will allow you to create a flexible system for managing
the process of forming planned maintenance work by collecting and processing, in real
time, incoming heterogeneous information (input and output signals, disturbing
influences) from all production facilities involved in the production technology of cable
and wire products systems, by summarizing, optimizing and analyzing the information
received. The developed system for expert assessment of the technical condition of cable
equipment operates on the basis of artificial intelligence and allows achieving good
economic and production indicators of the cable plant.
