Abstract

This article describes methods for desalinating and softening wastewater using standard KU-2-8 cation based on sorption technologies. Compared to existing separation methods, modern sorption technologies have several advantages: the high saturation degree of the sorbent's solid phase with target components, the ability to extract the smallest concentrations of target components, high selectivity, and the possibility of continuous and automated processes.
