Abstract

This article examines the rise to power of the Mangit and Ming dynasties in the territories of the Turkistan Khanates during the late medieval period. It explores the factors associated with diplomatic relations and correspondence that influenced the ascension of these dynasties, providing specific examples to illustrate these points. The article highlights the importance of embassies and letters in establishing mutual legitimacy and recognition, particularly in the context of securing control over state governance with the support of neighboring regions.
