Abstract

In the conditions of modern market relations, the wide development of the Internet has had a significant impact on the emergence of new objects of civil rights. "Virtual property" can be mentioned as one of such objects. This type of property is distinguished by the fact that it does not have a "body", represents a property interest by demand, and other similar features. This article discusses the legal status of virtual property.
