Abstract

This article studies the processes of photofatigue and current-voltage characteristics of solar cells based on Cu 2-x S-CdS. Analysis of current-voltage characteristics of the load of real photoconverters showed that the shape of the curves differs significantly from rectangular and is determined by the value of the fill factor.
