Abstract

This thesis provides information about the main concepts and terms of adaptive physical education. Information is given about adaptive physical culture, adaptive sports, promoting a healthy lifestyle among the population and popularizing sports, as well as creating necessary conditions for people with disabilities to engage in sports.
