The Effect of a Physical Nutrition Program in Improving the Level of Health Fitness among Students with Low Physical Levels

Nutrition is one of the important factors in raising the level of physical efficiency, increasing the speed of recovery and resisting fatigue, as it is an example of the connection between the external environment and the human body, and that malnutrition greatly affects the levels of sugar and blood pressure during exercise, and that not eating breakfast or delaying breakfast to late hours leads to a decrease in blood sugar and blood pressure during the day. When they join various colleges and institutes and conduct many physical tests according to the nature of the college, the researcher noticed the acceptance of many students applying to join the College of Physical Education whose grades and physical levels are limited to the last quarter of the college admission grades, which prompted the researcher to start conducting this study in an attempt to identify the effect of a physical nutrition program to improve physical and health fitness among students whose grades and physical levels are in the last quarter of students accepted into the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Thi Qar. Accordingly, this study on the subject of health-related physical fitness among students of Thi Qar University may enable the researcher to identify the level of improvement in health-related physical fitness among students of this university and to try to provide solutions to this problem by designing a physical nutrition program to improve health fitness and raise their physical level to be equal to the higher physical levels with their peers at the same stage to reduce boredom and discomfort and the ability to perform practical courses taught in the college. The researcher concluded that using the physical nutrition program helps improve the components of health fitness and some elements of health-related physical fitness.
