Improving the Teaching Methodology of the Subject “the Modern History of Uzbekistan" as a Pedagogical Necessity

The science of "Modern History of Uzbekistan" plays an important role in the development of national identity, cultural awareness and a deeper understanding of the country’s progress. This article examines the need to improve the teaching methods of this subject, emphasizing its pedagogical necessity in the context of modern educational reforms. Given the evolving political, social, and economic landscape of Uzbekistan, traditional teaching methods are no longer sufficient to effectively attract students. The article examines innovative approaches to learning, such as the integration of interactive learning, critical thinking, and project-based methods to increase students’ understanding and interest in the subject.
