Abstract

Feeding with nitrogenous and phosphoric fertilizers during the growing season of potatoes increases the productivity of the crop and improves its quality. However, if the potato is fed with nitrogen fertilizers in a large amount, the yield will increase, and at the same time, the leaves will grow, the above-ground part of the plant will grow strongly, the growing period will be extended, and the ripening of the buds will be delayed. In addition, the amount of starch deteriorates. it decreases at the end, and its storability deteriorates.
