Abstract

This article explores the international experience of pro bono cases in civil litigation, with a focus on best practices and successful models from various countries. It examines the challenges and opportunities in implementing robust pro bono systems and considers how these lessons can be applied to the Uzbek legal context. The study concludes with specific proposals for developing and strengthening pro bono practices in Uzbekistan's civil litigation landscape.
